Your files and data are kept in SOC2-Certified data centers, behind a firewall and are not internet-facing, ensuring a high level of security and privacy. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to protect your information.

When you sign up to a paid plan a 'Public' folder is created for you. All users in your team/organization have access to the public folder - unless specific file or folder permissions have been set. Additionaly, each user you create will have its own 'Private' folder. Admins can block or enable private folders for any user, as well as the ability to upload files. Only the user can access its own private files. While Admins can see the size of other users private files and folders, they cannot see their names, open or edit the files. Non-admin users can only see their own private folder (if enabled by admin) and not others'. Users can move files (only their own) between private and public folders using the file manager in the dashboard.

Yes, every document you upload is converted and saved as PDF (unless it is already a PDF file). You can print and save the edited document as PDF at any time. In the future we will add the option to save in other formats such as DOCX, PPTX and HTML.

You can set permissions for each collaborator, and organize them in groups, allowing them to view-only, edit or completely hide and block access for individual documents, as well as folders with multiple documents, as needed.

The free plan offers most features with limited storage and without the collaboration options. The paid plan includes additional storage, advanced collaboration tools, extra features and priority support. For full comparison check out our pricing section.

Seat-based pricing lets you control how many users can use the web app at any given time. Seats are not 'locked' to a specific email address. You can create as many users as you want but only 'Enabled' users will be able to access the app. This means you can easily give access to new employees, revoke access to old ones or change access to any number of users without having to change anything in your billing or license.

Yes, you can add and remove seats in your paid plan at any time. Adding seats and upgrading from the free plan will be applied immediately while changes such as removing seats and downgrading to the free plan will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.

When removing seats while staying on the paid plan, if after downgrading, your account exceeds your new storage allowance, you will have to delete files and bring your account back below its quota before being able to continue using the app. When downgrading from a paid to free plan you will have the option to keep 5 files, while the rest of your data will be securely deleted. Deleting your account will result in losing all your data - which will be securely deleted from our servers.
